Very good service

Was slightly nervous booking tkts through this agency as hadnt heard of it before. But the booking process was simple, the tickets were emailed to me immediately and on the day before the performance I also got an information email directly from the theatre itself which gave me extra confidence. The seats were the ones I'd chosen and were very good.

Friendly, helpful, human experience

We are from Australia and were wanting to buy a gift card for relatives. The lady who served us was friendly and very helpful. She explained that it’s tokens rather than a gift card and that it could be used any number of places and ways. Would highly recommend using the box office for the human experience.

My elderly mother became ill about a week before our theatre experience and will now be in hospital weeks (if not months). London Box Office were very understanding and caring and refunded me the monies. I cannot tell you how grateful I was... I will definately be using them to book my tickets as soon as my mother is out of hospital, it's not often you deal with such high quality individuals on Customer Services!
