  While I haven't yet been to the shows I booked, I thought the website and booking process was about as easy as it could have been. London Box Office makes it very easy to see what is playing and when, what seats are available (in two different layouts), and what prices are. The reviews that are associated with performances were very helpful as a lot of the reviewers talked about their seats and the views from them. I found that information to be helpful when picking out seats. The booking process itself was flawlessly easy, and I was able to book several shows in no time. I would highly recommend this website when booking shows in the West End in London, and I will definitely be using it in the future.

• Bought expensive tickets, more than a week ago. Still waiting for the ticke

  I have bought tickets for the hunger games in stage on 27th June, for 7th July. I still haven't received my tickets, I have already contacted the box office twice via the online form and nothing has happened. I've paid £151 and I'm not sure I'll be able to attend the performance. And this whole thing is ruining my short holiday. I have a few days off and can't really relax since I'm worried abou the Tickets that I haven't received. And the website doesn't have a number we can call or a different type of communication available apart from the form. So I really don't know what to do. I'd be very thankful if someone could get in touch and send me my tickets. Best regards, Sueli Busmayer

• I bought tickets for several shows during my stay in London and found the service very smooth and easy. On one occasion, I had mistakenly purchased a ticket for the evening performance. Customer Service kindly went of their way to cancel that and provide a voucher, which they did not have to do, so that I could exchange it for the matinee. It is nice these days to have a physical person on the other end who can respond so quickly. I will use the service again in the future.

  Easy to use, and the tickets were great! We saw three shows: a musical at The Lyrical, a concert at Royal Albert Hall, and a play at the Globe Theater.

Good to see the map view of the sits with being able to select the different option you went, simple paiement and good to be able to put the tickets in apple wallet.

  Simple online booking, no complications, tickets moved to Google Wallet... reason for 1 drop in stars is we booked 2 tickets but theatre had problem scanning as both under 1 qr code meaning you had to go to ticket booth to get second printed... get around is to print them off... but remember to take with you, we left our backups at home, lol

  The website is hit and miss. Multiple times (over 10 times) I tried to purchase my tickets but the site wouldn't respond. One time I got all the way to finalizing when the site froze but the countdown for the seats to be released continued until zero. I was lucky I tried again and I was able to purchase the tickets.

• Hello. With the exception of Thibaud Defretiere, who was wonderful,, I received terrible service. I ended up paying for two sets of tickets for the Lion King at the Lyceum. I would give London Box Office a below one rating if possible. I won’t be using London Box Office ever again.

  I only use London Box Office (LBO) to purchase Theatre tickets and have done for several shows. The process is efficient and straight forward. I especially like the prices linked to the seating map, so you can hover the mouse cursor over the seats you want and the cost is provided. Recently booked tickets for "To Kill a Mockingbird" and the e-tickets are free. I would recommend.
