• Good website

  Easy to use website; good graphics. But the theater diagrams could be more instructive by showing where the upper level seats overlap the lower level seats.

• The tickets I purchased have inadvertently been deleted from my inbox. I therefore emailed London Box Office asking if they could kindly resend the tickets. I haven't had a reply yet - just this email, which isn't particularly helpful.

  I think I read somewhere that the doors would open an hour before but then I couldn’t find it again when I looked. It was a cold night and we waited outside for 15 minutes. Information said doors would close 5 minutes before the start but this didn’t happen and people walked in once performance has started which was very distracting! Why not stick to the rules ? Also when the performers talked in between the songs it was very difficult to hear what they were saying.

  we managed to purchase 3 tickets for the musical " just for one day" for £25 per person. The tickets were in the stalls with no obstructions and it was a fantastic evening. The venue was clean and tidy particularly the gents toilets. The team that greeted us on arrival at the theatre were friendly and thorough.
