Monty Python i London
The legendary Monty Python comedy team - John Cleese, Michael Palin, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Terry Gilliam - has reformed for a series of farewell shows at London’s O2 Arena this summer.
If you thought the shows had sold out faster than you can say 'Ni!', think again. We’ve got a limited cache of tickets available and they’re hotter than molten Spam, so book yours today.
The Pythons promise you'll enjoy 'all your favourite bits' at the shows, so expect Dead Parrots, Lumberjacks, Cheese Shops and more.
However, they also insist that a characteristically novel Pythonesque spin will be put on the material, so the shows will have much more to offer than just verbatim run-throughs of stuff you could just watch on DVD. It bodes very well that Eric Idle, who reinvented the Pythons' 'Holy Grail' movie so brilliantly for the stage with Spamalot, is directing.
